I am on a mission to create a safe place for intentional-driven women to explore a brand new kind of them and healthiest ways to relate with themselves and others.
What i do: EMPOWERING WOMEN THROUGH MINDFULNESS
My diverse journey spans Ecuador, Argentina, Panama, Spain, Peru, and current residence in Canada. I’m my lights and shadows, a natural researcher, a daily Mindfulness practitioner since 2016, a former executive, an entrepreneur, a wife, a mom of two, once a pianist and aspiring ballet dancer.
I earned a Master’s degree in Mindfulness at the University of Zaragoza. I’m trained in the Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction approach and hold Mindfulness & Compassion studies from the University of Toronto, along with post-graduate studies and continuous learning in psychology, emotional intelligence, the science of mind, and counting……I hold a bachelor’s degree in Economics, and an MBA.
I’m a member of the International Mindfulness Teachers Association (IMTA), a Certified Coach of the International Coach Federation (ICF), and a Certified Wellness Coach from the Canada Coach Academy (CCA).
